Job Description
- Responsible for all administrative work
- Welcoming and directing visitors and guests
- Perform clerical duties ex. Filling, photocopying, transcribing… etc.
- Ensure reception area is presentable with all needed stationary and materials
- Keep inventory of office supplies
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person or Via phone/email
Job Requirements
- Females Only (Any nationality)
- 1-2 Years of experience
- Familiar with Microsoft applications
- Very presentable
