Sales Operation Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow-up on the Company’s system (CRM) and ensure all data is entered and accurately presented on the Company’s website.
  • Manages and updates the database as requested.
  • Follow up on the Company’s inventory and preparing sales reports.
  • Follow up on reports of sales team with their managers.
  • Preparing various sales plans and payment systems
  • Creating and developing sales reports
  • Prepares sales documentation in case of booking, reserving or buying units.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in real estate is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Very good knowledge of excel.
  • Very Good in English.
