- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with potential buyers.
- Engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and present suitable properties that align with their requirements.
- Conduct property presentations and tours for potential clients,
- Responsible for handling clients requests and responding to their inquiries.
- Advise clients on prices, market conditions, and other related information.
- Contact and follow up with potential clients.
- Meet their set sales target.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Passionate about sales and the real estate industry.
- Strong Communication skills and Negotiation skills
- Very Presentable
- Excellent in English
- Owning a Car is a must
- Microsoft Office
